First, you must be an Oklahoma resident in order to obtain your OMMA Patient Card. Then, you will need to obtain a Doctor’s Recommendation. If you are a minor, you must obtain two Doctor Recommendations. We recommend Dr. Mitchell located at the Diet & Medical clinic at 3019 Denver St. in Muskogee. He charges $75 and walk-ins are accepted. After you obtain your recommendation, you may login to OMMA.OK.GOV and apply for the license yourself or you can bring your recommendation and required documents to our facility where are wonderful staff may assist you in uploading your documents and completing your application. We charge $20 (cash only) to complete your application on your behalf. Here’s a list of what you will need to bring: Doctor’s Recommendation(s), Valid/Non-Expired Driver’s License or State I.D, Proof of Residency (only if your Driver’s License or State I.D does not match the addrtess you providedto your doctor for your recommendation), State Insurance if applicable (Medicaid/Soonercare/Medicare), $20 in cash, and $104.30 on a debit/credit card. The state fee of $104.30 will drop to $22.50 if you are able to provide sufficient proof of State Insurance.

It cost $104.30 (debit/credit card only) and is valid for two years from the date it is issued by OMMA. However, this total does not reflect the Doctor’s Recommendation fee or if you have Medicaid/Soonercare/Medicare. If you carry state insurance, the $104.30 drops down to $22.50. A Doctor Recommendation fee may vary depending on the Doctor you choose. We recommend Dr. Mitchell located at 3019 Denver Street in Muskogee. His fee is currently $75.

The process is incredibly similar to the steps you took to obtain your current license. You will need a new Doctor’s Recommendation. Then, you can either login to OMMA.OK.GOV and sign in to your current OMMA account to renew your license or you can bring your documents to our wonderful budtenders who would more than happy to assist you. We charge $20 (cash only) to process patient licenses. The portal to renew your license opens up 30 days before the expiration date listed on your license. It can take up to 14 business days fr OMMA to process patient licenses.

You must obtain a Temporary Medical Marijuana through OMMA’s website. It takes up to 14 business days for OMMA to process new applications so please plan accordingly. More information regarding this can be found at http://OMMA.OK.GOV

We do! We carry gear and accessories like pipes, bongs, hemp wraps, rolling papers, grinders, vape batteries, ect. You must be 21+ years old to shop in our store without an OMMA card. Our staff will not discuss or sell any Medical Marijuana or Medical Marijuana Product unless you have a valid OMMA Patient Card. Children are allowed inside the store as long as they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Yes! OMMA requires dispensary staff to vaidate active status of the patient before every single transaction. To check if your card is active, go to http://OMMA.OK.GOV/Verify and type in your OMMA card number.
